ETA - We typed up this post weeks ago to get ready for the party but of course life happened and we forgot to post. It's okay, because we are Style By Mommy afterall, and it only suits us to be fashionably late. ;)

We are very excited to join in on 5 Minute Mom's Ultimate Blog Party. This is our first Blog Party and we can't wait to gain new friends, make new contacts and share our blog with all of you.

A quick introduction of who we are and what we do!

Our names are Sarah and Robyn and we are busy Mommies to a total of 8 kids (including Sarah's 8 month old daughter and Robyn's 4 month old twin boys, yup - we're busy alright!) and we love everything trendy.

When we had our first children (now 8 year old girls who are great friends) it was easy to keep up on the fashion trends, dress the girls head to toe in brand names and still have money in our pockets, however when you get to babies number 3 (Sarah) and 4 & 5 (Robyn) something has got to change! 

We dig out all of the amazing deals for Mommies and Babies and share them with you on our Blog. We also have a website where we sell the best of Baby & Children's products and are in the midst of starting Brand Me Downs a consignment site for new and gently used brand name clothing.

HELP!! I Need Free Hands

OK Ladies~this isn't a post about a sale or product but rather a plea for some good old fashioned Mommy advice. My twins are growing like weeds and are fast approaching 5 months all the while my two years keeps getting busier and crazier. I most definitely do not have enough free hands to get all that needs to be done in the day.

Soooo, I am asking you to send me the name of your favorite sling, so I can purchase one for the first time. Yes, the first time~I never used a sling or carrier with the three older kids but it is fast becoming a necessity with twins. Just comment below and tell me why you loved or why you couldn't have lived without the one you are suggesting.

Now if I choose your sling, there maybe a small surprise for you! Sarah & I have a $10 Starbucks card that we are aching to give. Let the comments begin~feel free to tell your friends to post comment as well.

Disney Playhouse @ St.Vital

Just a quick reminder that tomorrow the Disney Playhouse Mighty Mighty Mall Tour is at St.Vital Mall 9:30-6, then again on Sunday from 12-6. Both days Strawberry Shortcake will be making a live appearance~Saturday 11-2:30, Sunday 12-3.

Throughout the day there will be fun activities and free giveaways. Go have some fun with your kids or better yet, make your husband take the kids to see Strawberry Shortcake while you shop in peace!

Gap Sale?

There are rumours of a sale at Baby Gap right now, 30% off all regular priced items at 15% off sale. Since most stores just got a load of new stock in, this sale is finally timed right.

The kicker, some stores seem to be participating and some do not - so call ahead!! Winnipegers, ours are not participating :( They do have 25% off all clearance right now for adults though.
