Well we did it - the 2nd Winnipeg Name Brand Sale is over and it went well!! We organized a sale double the size of our last one, and we hope the Spring sale will double again!
The Style By Mommy booth was good, we sold a LOT of clothes but we have BIG plans for next season to make it much better than ever.
We also picked up quite a few new consignors at the sale, so that was fantastic.
Those of you who came out, it was GREAT to see you there!
I will say that Friday night, at 2am, after a week of sickness, a trip to the emergency room, and less than 12 hours of sleep in 3 days, I wasn't sure there would be a Spring sale, but it all came together nicely. Hopefully next time we can stay healthy the week prior ;)
Consignors - we are now updating our lists, inventory, etc. in the next few days you will receive an email from us as to where your account is at, your options for cashing in, etc.

Brand Me Downs has a question for YOU!
As you may know, we are working hard behind the scenes to launch our new and improved Everything After The Stork website. It will feature an online consignment shop for all of your favourite Brand Name clothing from baby to teen!
As we say, we love brand names but we love our money more! This will be a way to grab the hottest fashions at great prices without leaving the comfort of your home.
We offer *THE BEST* rates in the city, and we do offer consignment across Canada and the U.S., so if you're not in Winnipeg but still want GREAT rates, contact us. We would LOVE to add your gently used clothing to our closets.
Now, for the question, we run across a lot of great clothes with initials marked on the tags. Does this bother you? The anal Mommy in me doesn't like anything on the tag (though I am guilty of making marks in the past) and the common sense Mommy in Robyn says who cares!? You can't see the initials when your kids are wearing the clothes.
So, our favourite mommies and soon to be customers, what do you think??

WOW!!!
The turnout at the sale today was amazing, I wish we would have had more room so everyone wasn't waiting so long to get in. The next sale will be at a much bigger location.
