3 Days Till Spring Break....Aghhhh

O.K. so Spring Break is just around the corner and for all you SAHM's that means everyone is in the house, together, for 5 long days! And being Winnipeg, the weather is either going to co-operate or laugh in our faces. Keep your fingers crossed for sunshine.

Here are some ideas to keep your kiddies so busy that they will need a nap in the afternoon!

Feel like getting them outside go and explore the The Forks~The Festival of Fools runs March 27th, 2010 to April 3rd, 2010 Centre Court and Tower Atrium

This is entirely FREE Festival features performances by magicians, clowns, jugglers, comedians and high-strung aerial acts.

Our Favorite Mall

So we have been shopping at St.Vital for years but just recently stumbled across their Kids Club. WOW!! What an awesome feature to have at a place that we frequent regularly. Not only are they offering some fantastic activities for Spring Break, but once your child is a member you have access to some great discounts!!

It is free to join, your child just needs to be under ten years of age and when you register them you must pick up your package within thirty days! Why wait that long when Starbucks offers free hot chocolate or A.J. to your wee one and A Child's Place offers 10% off with club card! There are over 20 stores that offer deals or discounts.

One of the many activities they are offering on Spring Break is an escape to SilverCity to catch a screening of Curious George for just $2.00!! This is happening on Tuesday @ 10:00 am.
Pick up your ticket(s) (beginning March 17, 2010) at Customer Service. Must be a Kids Club member to purchase tickets. While supplies last.

Tuesday afternoon is the perfect time to watch the birds come out for spring! Visit the Manitoba Children’s Museum display near Centre Court and you can take home your very own bird feeder. Supplies limited.
