    does this mean that I can take another 50% off of outerwear on top of the 30%?

    Unfortunately no. The additional 50% is on reduced items. BUT you can you the 20% off coupon on top of the 30% (and the 50% actually) Talk about a good deal! I love the TCP let's you use coupons on sale items.
