The Bay stores are no longer carrying shoes - I'm not sure if it's all stores or just Winnipeg, but everything is $19.99 or less!

Just a correction - They are NOT going to stop carrying women's or men's shoes, JUST kid's shoes.

Well that makes more sense. I told my mom and she check 2 of the Bay Stores out and they laughed when she asked about that.
