As I face another day of trying to figure out what to make for lunch, I thought I'd ask you for some ideas!!
I don't have long to prepare the girls lunch, between picking them up and dropping them back off at school and dealing with what is usually a fussy time with Kelsie.
I need fresh ideas, healthy ideas, and fast ideas! We are sick of sandwiches and even more sick of KD and alphagetti.

She is also on facebook, lots of great meal ideas and she takes a picture of her childs lunch box everyday to give ideas. Everything looks so good
Thanks Melissa, I will definitely check it out!
ReplyDeleteI like doing breakfast for lunch...waffles, pancakes (oh and you could do scrambled eggs and toast). For waffles and pancakes, I like to make an freeze, then pop in the toaster oven. Yummers. oh, and I have a great syrup recipe too! My kids also like a "picnic" lunch...crackers, cheese, fruit, yogurt. Easy and yummy! Hope this helps.
ReplyDeleteFinger foods like bagel bites, "picnic foods" like Kim said, pizza pops , veggies and dip, or pita and hummus, wrap with peanut butter (or pea butter or sunflower butter) banana and a drizzle of honey, pasta salad, left over dinner, cold veggie pizza (I have a really yummy recipe if you want it) ,salad, open faced sandwiches.....I could go on but you get the jest of it!
